Tips for Staying Motivated

This list was published in List Maker's Get-Healthy Guide by the editors of Prevention as a list to stay motivated to exercise.  I think it applies to all areas, so I wanted to post it here.

1. Define your goal.
2. Fix an image in your head.
3. Put yourself first.
4. Get gear you need.
5. Reward yourself.
6. Make it an event.
7. Check excuses at the door.
8. Have a blast.
