The Best Gift of All - a 3 minute video
I got this gift today, as an email. I feel compelled to share it here, as I think the message is valuable, especially as we race around, checking things off our to-do lists. Please take the time (less than 3 minutes) to watch and think about this message. The music is beautiful too, so feel free to turn on your speakers. :) http://www.thebestgiftofall.com/

Tips for Staying Motivated
This list was published in List Maker's Get-Healthy Guide by the editors of Prevention as a list to stay motivated to exercise. I think it applies to all areas, so I wanted to post it here.
1. Define your goal.
2. Fix an image in your head.
3. Put yourself first.
4. Get gear you need.
5. Reward yourself.
6. Make it an event.
7. Check excuses at the door.
8. Have a blast.
